Inspired by the rich culinary traditions of Italy, Pasta Street celebrates the simplicity, authenticity and joy of Italian dining. From gourmet pastas made fresh in-house, to Napoletana and Romana-style pizzas, decadent dolci, and timeless Italian classics — every dish is a journey to Italy.

Today, with eight thriving outlets across Bengaluru and a growing presence in cities like Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Mumbai, Pune and Hyderabad, Pasta Street continues its journey — one delicious plate at a time.

Chef Gianluca Zorco

Born in the charming city of Cagliari, Italy, Chef Gianluca Zorco brings over three decades of culinary expertise to Pasta Street. His journey has taken him from the kitchens of Sardinia to leading restaurants across Europe, and now to India—each experience enriching his craft and inspiring the authentic Italian flavors he creates today.

For more than four years, Chef Gianluca has been at the heart of Pasta Street, blending creativity, tradition, and a deep passion for food. His philosophy is simple: cooking is about connection. Through every dish, he shares not just the taste of Italy, but also the warmth and joy of its culture.
